The murder of innocent is forbidden

The meaning is:
“Whoever killed a believer (intentionally) believer intentionally, then his abode is Hell, wherein he shall abide, Allah is angry with him, Allah cursed him and prepared a great punishment for him. Have done it. ”
(Surat al-Ansaa / 4: 93)
Allaah has also mentioned the signs of the believers that they do not kill the person unjustly as Allah has forbidden.
Surah Surfaqqqan (68)
The Lord Almighty states:
“Who murdered a life without killing the revenge or corruption in the earth, as if he killed all the humans.
(Surat al-Ma’ida / 5: 32)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) has also counted the killing of innocent people in the seven sectarian sins.

Rather, it is from the Akbar al-Baqir sins. Goat Sahib (6675)
The blood, wealth and honor of each Muslim is forbidden to another Muslim.
(Sahih Muslim 2564, Darl-ul-Islam 6541)
When two Muslims come face to face killing each other, then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has called both killer and slaughter as a liar. Why was the murder dead? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
“He wanted to kill his fellow (Muslim brother).”
(Sahih Bukhari: 31, Sahih Muslim: 2888)
The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“The killing of a Muslim (innocent) has reduced the destruction and destruction of all the world near Allah.”
(Sunn al-Tirmrakhi 1395, Uzud Hasan, Ata al-Awari al-Watiqah, Ibn Huban and Al-Hakim 151/4, 152, Vihhabi Fahu Hassan al-Hadith)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“On the Day of Resurrection, on the Day of Judgment, holding the murderer and holding from the head (will come to Allah) and will be bleeding from his wounds, he will say:” O my Lord! Why did he kill me? ” He will take it to the Throne, holding it. ”
(Sunnah al-Murtrahi 3029, وقال: حدیث حدیث حسن, صحیح صحیح, اضطرع المصابیح 2465)
Islam is such religion that nature also takes care of infidels.
The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“Whoever kills a contractor (a disbeliever or an infidel with which he has a contract with Muslims) will not listen to the fragrance of Paradise.”
(Sahih Bukhari 3166)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) states:
“It is nearly that Allah forgives every sin except that the person should kill the believer intentionally, or the person who dies.”
(Sunnah 3898), al-Qayyum al-Asayyah, al-Bukhaari al-Assa’i, al-Qayyum al-Sadiq,
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“Abusing Muslims makes a person fatal and disbeliever to fight Muslims.”
(Sahih Bukhari 48, Sahih Muslim 64)
The Prophet (sws) said:
“The Muslim is the person whose language and hands are Muslims, and the migrants are those who leave the things which Allah has forbidden.”
(Sahih Bukhari 10, Sahih Muslim 40)
How sad it is that despite those arguments of the Quran and Hadith, those who claim to be claiming Islam are killing each other unjustly. Do they not have any fear[/two] [two_last]
بے گناہ کا قتل حرام ہے
تحریر : حافظ زبیر علی زئی رحمہ اللہ
ارشادِ باری تعالٰی ہے :
“جس نے کسی (بےگناہ) مومن کو جان بوجھ کر قتل کیا تو اس کا ٹھکانا جہنم ہے جس میں وہ ہمیشہ رہے گا, اس (قاتل) پر اللہ کا غضب ہوا , اللہ نے اس پر لعنت کی اور اس کے لیۓ بڑا عذاب تیار کر رکھا ہے.”
(سورۃ النساء/4 :93)
اللہ تعالٰی نے اہل ایمان کی یہ نشانی بھی بیان فرمائی ہے کہ وہ اس جان کو ناحق قتل نہیں کرتےجسے اللہ نے حرام قرار دیا ہے .
دیکھیۓ سورۃالفرقان (68)
رب العالمین کا ارشاد ہے:
” کہ جس نے بدلۂ قتل یا زمین میں فساد کے بغیر کسی جان کو قتل کیا تو گویا اس نے تمام انسانوں کو قتل کیا.
(سورۃ المائدہ/5 : 32)
نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہلاک و تباہ کرنے والے سات کبیرہ گناہوں میں ناحق قتل کو بھی شمار کیا ہے.
دیکھیۓ صحیح بخاری (2766) اور صحیح مسلم (89)
بلکہ یہ اکبر الکبائر گناہوں میں سے ہے . دیکھیۓ صحیح بخاری (6675)
ہر مسلمان کا خون ,مال اور عزت دوسرے مسلمان پر حرام ہے.
(صحیح مسلم 2564, دارالسلام 6541)
جب دو مسلمان ایک دوسرے کو ناحق قتل کرنے کیلیۓ آمنے سامنے آ جائیں تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے قاتل اور مقتول دونوں کو جہنمی قرار دیاہے. پوچھا گیا کہ مقتول کیوں جہنمی ہے؟ تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:
” وہ اپنے ساتھی (مسلمان بھائی) کو قتل کرنا چاہتا تھا. “
(صحیح بخاری : 31 , صحیح مسلم : 2888)
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :
“کسی مسلمان کے (بےگناہ) قتل سے اللہ کے نزدیک ساری دنیا کا خاتمہ اور تباہی کم تر ہے.”
(سنن الترمذی 1395, وسندہ حسن, عطاء العامری وثقہ ابن حبان و الحاکم 151/4, 152, وذھبی فھو حسن الحدیث)
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :
” مقتول قیامت کے دن قاتل کو پیشانی اور سر سے پکڑے ہوۓ (اللہ تعالٰی کے پاس) آئے گا اور اس کے زخموں سے خون بہہ رہا ہو گا، وہ کہے گا : اے میرے رب! اس نے مجھے کیوں قتل کیا تھا؟ حتٰی کے وہ اسے پکڑے ہوۓ عرش کے قریب لے جاۓ گا.”
(سنن الترمذی 3029, وقال : ھذا حدیث حسن , وسندہ صحیح , اضواع المصابیح 2465)
اسلام ایسا دین فطرت ہے کہ ذمی کافروں کے حقوق کا بھی خیال رکھتا ہے.
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :
” جس نے کسی معاہدہ کرنے والے (ذمی کافر یا وہ کافر جس کے ساتھ مسلمانوں کا معاہدہ ہے) کو قتل کیا تو وہ جنت کی خوشبو نہیں سونگھے گا.”
(صحیح بخاری 3166)
نبی کریم رحمۃ اللعالمین کا ارشاد ہے:
“قریب ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ ہر گناہ معاف کر دے سوائے اس ( گناہ ) کے کہ آدمی مومن کو جان بوجھ کر قتل کرے، یا وہ شخص جو کافر ہو کر مرے”
(سنن نسائی 3898) وسندہ صحیح, عمدۃ المساعی فی تحقیق سنن النسائی, قلمی ج2 ص 398)
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:
“مسلمان کو گالی دینے سے آدمی فاسق ہو جاتا ہے اور مسلمان سے لڑنا کفر ہے۔”
(صحیح بخاری 48, صحیح مسلم 64)
پیارے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ک ارشاد ہے:
“مسلمان وہ ہے جس کی زبان اور ہاتھ سے مسلمان بچے رہیں اور مہاجر وہ ہے جو ان کاموں کو چھوڑ دے جن سے اللہ نے منع فرمایا۔”
(صحیح بخاری 10, صحیح مسلم 40)
کتنے افسوس کا مقام ہے کہ قرآن و حدیث کے ان دلائل کے باوجود اسلام کا دعوٰی رکھنے والے لوگ ایک دوسرے کو ناحق قتل کر رہے ہیں. کیا انہیں اللہ کی پکڑ کا کوئی ڈر نہیں ہے؟
